I really feel better now
I am feeling much better now. My last midterm of my first batch is over. It wasn’t that bad, and I wasn’t expecting it to be, but it was still another thing to stress me out . . .
Now I am planning on what I am gonna take next quarter. I am excited about this Simpsons class. It is under American Studies. Funny, I never looked at that section of the Schedule of Classes. I guess that is why it took May telling me that it was being offered. It is a seminar with an 18 student limit. It also doesn’t give you any GE requirements which is great because it means that people will take it for the class and not for the credit.
I dunno what else to take. I am thinking about Intro to Drawing, Botanical Illustration, and Zoological Illustration. If the latter two are too difficult (I need to do some research), I will default to intro to drawing. I mean, I’m not a great illustrator, but I think that i am not that bad when it comes to drawing stuff. I have taken enough labs that required me to draw specimens in my lab notebook to give me practice. We’ll see . .
Now I have the biocomps hanging over my head. They are gonna be very hard. I should have taken them back when I finished the classes it is being given in. As a marine bio student, I think they should test you on marine bio stuff that you’ve learned, not on gen chem and biochem, cell bio and junk!! Argh!
