Wow, I said I was going to update on how the overnight went, but now that I look back, I get lazy, so let me just say that it was wonderful, I got to spend a nice time with very nice people, and after we turned the lights out, the Honda Theater was ours. One of the girls had brought a few DVD’s, so we watched The Italian Job. Cute movie, one of those movies that you don’t want to think about or else it ruins the flavor.
Went shopping with mom today. We spent all day at the mall looking for a couple of toys and shoes. We ended up empty handed until we stopped by the new Target at the second mall we went to. Dude. I love Target. There were so many things I fell in love with there. I keep envisioning what our house is going to look like. We may be poor, but we have taste, and dude, it’s gonna rock! I think we might be the first of the Chusma to officially have our own place of all. This means that it will become Chusma Central. lol I can see a lot of good times a happenin. =D
Juan and I haven’t started any of the real plans for the wedding. We agreed to wait until after Lida’s wedding, so that means real plans start in January. I can’t wait. I CAN’T WAIT! I get so excited just thinking about our wedding, but moreso, about our marriage. Everytime he leaves my house, it is so hard for us to part. It really is. Sometimes, I get this knot in my chest as I hug him goodbye because I don’t want to let him go.
By the time we get married, we will have been together for 8 years. 8 wonderful, extraordinary, beautiful, magical, years. We’ve never broken up. We’ve never had a fight that we couldn’t get over. We’ve been there for each other through thick and thin. We mean everything to each other, and that is the way it’s supposed to be.
