I haven’t been on in a while for a few reasons. One, this past week I did a couple of overnights, which pretty much killed any chances of me coming on and actually updating right there. Also, whenever I had a spare moment, Juan and I took care of wedding stuff. I count myself as a fortunate girl because Juan has been there every step of the way with the wedding. This is truly a wedding that we both have a hand in, not just me. He has worked so hard calling people/places, and doing things. I am really proud of my babe and his hard work.

Most of the invitations have been sent out or given by hand. The feedback is wonderful. It really erases all the headaches of making them when people get teary-eyed just opening them up in front of you. That makes me insanely happy.

Our next project is making the keepsakes, which in our case will be custom CD’s. For this, we will once again need major chusma help, so count on us calling you guys pretty soon.

amontoya‘s graduation is coming up this weekend! I am so proud of you chica. You have gone through hell and high water for that degree, and you are finishing that up with a great GPA. You are gonna feel so good when you walk on that stage, and then even better when you get your “Do Not Bend”!

And you must be wondering what I thought about Prisoner of Azkaban, right? Because you don’t know yet. You haven’t read a review anywhere. lol Well, contrary to canon worshippers, I loved it. I thought the film was magnificent, the cinematography beautiful and interesting, and the kids finally learned how to act! I loved everything that was in the movie. The only thing I didn’t like were the things left out of it. I wish they could have spent just two minutes explaining who the Marauders were so that Harry could get a grasp of who his father was in this film. Part of his identity, part of his growing up is learning who his father was and what great friends he had for the most part. That, is my only criticism. Other than that, woo hoo!
