I had problems for awhile this afternoon, but it’s fine now. Got a bunch of service maintanence errors. I hope we’re freakin’ compensated for that.

Hey, I tried to order books at amazon.com through our link. I dunno if it worked, it was being quite ze beetch. Any way to tell?

  Re: the ezthing, they’re saying that tomorrow they will post announcements saying that they will compensate all gold boards for a day. pfft. At least LJ has the decency of compensating for 2 weeks when they flub up.

Now that you mention it…a little bit, yeah. It keeps timing out, giving me “page not available” messages or some bizarre ez board error page. It always seems to let me in eventually, though.

It is working now (Thursday morning) but Wednesday evening there was no way I could go onto the boards, no matter what I tried. I kept getting server maintenance alerts. Of course in their server status forum they said there would be some down time today but last evening, it was supposed to have been fixed hours ago. So maybe it’s that. It’s not the first time it happens either. *groans*

  Well, at least it wasn’t just me. I was at work this time and was wondering if perhaps my work got on top of their game and decided to use a firewall and ban message boards!
  
  Needless to say I was pretty amused when I realized that it was ez’s firewall causing this mess.
