A Plea

Does anyone know how to change Firefox’s browser timeout settings? I can’t find it anywhere!

Timeout? Like for History? Tools -> Options -> Privacy.

  I don’t think that’s what I am looking for. I am trying to use the phpbb to cpgnuke script and it doesn’t go all the way. I think it has to do with my browser’s timeout settings.

        Thanks. I don’t think I want to run any files to do that. I checked the config file and edited a couple lines, but I still have the same problem. I don’t get an error message, it just stops without finishing the script.
        
        I am about ready to rip my hair out. It stops at “Exporting phpbb_search_wordmatch to cms_bbsearch_wordmatch” which happens to be step 7 in the files.

        That’s undoubtedly the biggest table. Maybe enter a ticket and see if the ISP can run it for you, tell them you are having time out problems.

        lol, that is what I thought. But anyway, I kept upping the timeout (on another line in the config file) and it finally ran, but it didn’t populate the users, so I ran that separately, seemingly fine. But the cms_bbposts_text table is completely empty which is why I am assuming my forums are all empty despite the fact that when you look at the forum index, it looks like it’s all populated (stats are all there). Now I have to see if I can find the file that populates the text in the posts.

        Sure, I haven’t looked but you should be able to just isolate the parts that deal with bbposts_text and run that separately. That is the other big table.
