You know, it’s funny that after a series of “aw, it’s not that cool, it’s only a boat” comments, I spent my lunch out by the light house watching the Queen Mary. It was actually a special thing because she wasn’t alone today, her sister, The Queen Mary 2 came in for a special historic visit. We camped out on the lawn and saw the ship come in, and my photos aren’t that great because it looks really far away through the lens. That, and the Q2 came in at a bad angle for us to see (but I am sure that the 15 – no joke – or so helicopters and dozens of small water vessels got a really great view.
