No, really, this is a new service that is out there to give Paypal some competition. Will it work? Well, they are betting $25 per new user and $10 per referral that they can take a good market share. I did some research and everyone is optimistic and the money is legit. Looks to be US-only right now, but you can try it out if you are curious and not in the US. It does ask you for your SSN.
