In which we see Iron Man 2

It was awesome!

Juan and I saw it on Saturday night and really enjoyed it. It was a special effects orgy, but the good kind. 😉

Things that I loved:

• The Tony/Pepper dynamic was awesome.
• Samuel L. Jackson
• The special effects were really awesome (I think my favorite was when Whiplash was slicing up the car with Happy and Pepper inside). 

Things that I did not love:

• What happened to my favorite part from the trailer?! I know they do this all the time, but this one is just gross bait and switch. I waited for the kiss-the-helmet-you-complete-me scene and it wasn’t there!!
• Tony Stark was almost unbearable in the first half of the movie. They tip-toed that line really close. He made up for it though.
• I think that the charging noise from the Iron Man suit was used so much that it kinda makes me wince now when I hear it on TV during all the promos. 

All in all, it was a really fun movie with awesome special effects and solid characters that was super enjoyable to watch.
