Woah . . .
Juan just sent me this link, and it is so cool and creepy. It’s a mind reader page. It is the best one I have ever seen! Try it. Try it over and over. Have your friends try it. Let me know if this works for you. It is so cool. Click here.
On another note, I would like to remind people of this wonderful project:

As for me, I have been doing the usual: Job hunting, going to the AoP, running errands with my mom, etc. I went to Kaiser to try and apply in person to their clerical positions. They weren’t taking applications, just resumes, and they were also doing a typing test (which was weird). The whole thing took about an hour because they were having problems with their computer. The lady there was very discouraging when I asked her about getting a call for an interview. I had mentioned that I had previously applied online to several posistions with no results. She told me that the recruiters sometimes get 500 applications per position. She didn’t have the face to seem exagerating, but I sure hope she was. I am also thinking of applying at Home Depot. It looks like a fun place to work, thing is the application process (which is fully automated in their store) takes anywhere from 40-60 minutes to do, and there always seems to be a waiting line. What puts me off even more is that since it is so long, I am afraid it is going to be a test of stuff I don’t know. Anyone have any hints? I also sent an email to the guy in charge of the husbandry volunteers at the AoP. I am hoping I can meet with him sometime soon and that way we can discuss moving me into the aquarist volunteer position instead of education. I love the education department, but my initial goal was to get in husbandry at some point. There seem to be more job opportunities there anyway.
Carlos called me and invited me and Juan to go over to his mom’s tomorrow for her 50th birthday party. I hope we can make it.
