Went to Cinemark, the new theater in Long Beach on Wed. We saw (aside from Johnny English), loads of people from the aquarium. The theater is very nice, lovely set-up. I can’t wait til the whole area is blooming with shops and places to hang out. The rollercoaster bridge looks amazing from everywhere you look at it, including The Pike.

Still sick. I’ve got something like the cold. I dunno. I just know that I haven’t been feeling up to par for the past week. But! One look at my ring, and that all seems to fade for a moment. =D

We need to start the Chusma Secret Santa thing soon. It will be our second annual. We finally got to the point where we realized that it was very strenuous financially to purchase gifts for everyone, so we started our secret santa last year, and it went great. This will mark our second year, and hopefully, it will be as much fun for everyone. The coolest thing about it is that you can focus on that one person and truly find something suitable for them that you know they will totally love.

Speaking about gifts. I have been (unsurprisingly enough) checking out wedding sites and they all seem to offer wedding gift registries. My question is this: what do you think about wedding registries? I also have a friend who recently wed, and they just asked for gift cards from Bath Body Works and Home Depot. What do you think about that? Or is it better to just not do anything and cross your fingers, hoping that you don’t get three toasters, but at least one pot? I would really appreciate any feedback you all may have.
