On a much lighter, happier note…

Yesterday, it was one year since Juan changed our lives forever. It was one year since he proposed to me at the fountain in front of the aquarium. So when he got to the Aquarium yesterday to pick me up, I told him to park the car, I was buying us dinner.

We ended up eating at Bubba Gump’s. This time, we spent a lot less, but it was much better. He had stuffed shrimp (so buttery and garlic-y, and that bread!!!). I had coconut shrimp. If you know me, you know that I don’t like coconut stuff, but this was delicious! We had a very lovely evening and enjoyed every minute of it. Then we got home lit some candles and relaxed.
